Out-of-the-box and across the globe. International team of CMG led the transition of P&G Brands and their old sites to a new centralized platform. We organized work groups (including third parties for niche and local-specific content generation) and perfectioned multi-channel communication, defined roles and responsibilities and controlled the delivery of projects.

Every new site was adapted to specific ethnical peculiarities of each local market.
