CMG was scoped to create a branded chatbot for La Roche-Posay in one of Russia’s top social networks – Vkontakte (VK). Its concentrated target audience coverage (female 25-50) translates into an audience of 14 mln unique digital contacts. This private professional chatbot solution is geared toward consumers to:

  • Expand brand awareness
  • Drive LRP product sales
  • Increase consumer loyalty

The main chatbot functionality is based on personalized expert recommendations of LRP products from La Roche-Posay. In order to receive product recommendations, users are asked to complete a short test and provide information regarding their skin type and sensitivity. Upon completion, users receive a curated list of recommended products, special e-commerce offers and a custom sample kit. Selected consumers identified as facing specific skin problems receive a free dermatologist consultation.
